Drill Press Modifications - drill bit storage - extended table

I keep my often used drill bits stored in unused space behind my drill press. The "shelving" is just a plywood box with one face acrylic so I can see what's in there, and to keep out dust. Each of the "holders" slides out. Velcro keeps any unwanted sliding from happening.

The Forstner bit holders are made from 3/4" maple scrap wood with legs to make them freestanding..

Brad points are stored on a slab of wood.

Rather than show you pictures of my drill press table, I'll just provide a link to the plans, which I followed pretty faithfully. It has both horizontal and vertical fences, and provisions for clamping workpieces in either orientation.
